Dr. Yusuf Sheikh Omar founded ITQAAN Institute on a conviction that excellence (إتقان) is both a professional standard and a moral one. Over more than a decade, he has worked with ministries, foundations, banks, and non-profits to build cultures rooted in integrity, accountability, and service.
His facilitation style is reflective and practical — pairing rigorous frameworks with case work drawn from the realities of the institutions he serves. Participants consistently describe his sessions as transformative and deeply respectful of their context.
